Fix or Free Guarantee Rules:

1. Limited to one repair kit per customer.
2. The repair kit must have been purchased from this site (www.lcdalternatives.com) after 12:00 PM PST, June 24, 2012.
3. The power supply board inside the monitor or TV must display at least one obviously bulged capacitor.  Refer to these pictures for what obviously bulged capacitors look like.
4. Refunds will be issued in like kind.  Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card of purchase only.
5. A clear, high resolution digital photograph of your monitor or TV’s power supply board, prior to the repair must be provided to LCDalternatives before a refund is issued.
